Higher education is a key driver of upward mobility. But too many young men are underachieving in college or missing out entirely, leaving many without degrees, job skills or a clear sense of purpose. HEMAC helps institutions build the infrastructure and support needed to address this challenge.
Launched in November 2024 at the American Institute for Boys and Men, HEMAC is building a national network of leaders focused on male student success. In less than two years, it has engaged partners from 38 colleges, universities and nonprofit organizations through events, resources and convenings.
