Kerry Ebersole Singh is the Chief Talent Solutions & Engagement Officer at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). In this role, she leads the newly established Office of Strategic Talent Preparation, which aims to align Michigan’s workforce development efforts with the state’s economic growth strategies. Ebersole Singh brings extensive experience in public service, workforce development, and strategic communications to her position.

Previously, Ebersole Singh served as the director of the Sixty by 30 initiative, a statewide effort to increase the number of working-age adults in Michigan with a skill certificate or college degree to 60% by 2030. She has also held leadership roles in state government, including serving as a senior advisor to the governor and working on various talent and economic development projects.

Ebersole Singh is recognized for her collaborative approach, working closely with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to create pathways for Michigan residents to access high-demand careers. Her leadership in launching the Office of Strategic Talent Preparation reflects her commitment to building a skilled workforce that meets the needs of Michigan’s evolving economy.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and is actively involved in initiatives that support workforce readiness and economic opportunity across the state.
