Tracy Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in program management, community engagement and youth development. Based in the Greater Philadelphia area, Mitchell currently serves as the Program Director at Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey, where she leads initiatives to empower girls through educational and leadership programs.
Mitchell began her career as a Program Coordinator at the Philadelphia Education Fund, where she supported college access and readiness programs for high school students.
